Mali Raj Dog Beach

Do you like bringing your four-legged companions to the beach? Wonderful – because Opatija offers two beautiful dog-friendly beaches. The first can be reached by walking along the Lungomare; it lies between Opatija and Ičići, near Hotel Mali Raj. To ensure both you and your pets can fully relax, the beach is separated from neighbouring bathing areas and accessed through a special gate. Once there, you will find a pebble beach where your dog can enter the sea at its own pace and gradually gain the confidence to swim. When your pet has had enough fun, you can shower it off on the beach and take it home fresh and happy.
